Michelle Sicilia

Michelle Sicilia is a consulting actuary who joined TPS Group in 2021. She is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, earned her designation as an Associate of the Society of Actuaries in 2011, and achieved designation as an Enrolled Actuary in 2014.

Ms. Sicilia has over 25 years of experience working in the employee benefits field. Her employee benefits field experience includes single employer qualified defined benefit pension plans (including both corporate and municipal plans), retiree medical plans (including plans funded through VEBAs or 401(h) accounts), and non-qualified pension plans. She has extensive experience guiding clients through the complicated plan termination process for PBGC-covered plans.

Ms. Sicilia is a Cum Laude graduate of Wellesley College in Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics.
