Kimberly Colegrove has over 25 years of experience in a broad spectrum of human resources areas including benefit cost analysis and plan administration, multi-state employment issues, telework program design and implementation, wage & hour compliance, compensation analytics, organizational change and infrastructure development. Kimberly has provided consulting for start-ups, expansions and workforce consolidations through infrastructure development, department realignment or restructuring, and organizational expansions through satellite locations and implementation of virtual work forces. As VP of HR Consulting & Compensation Services, Kimberly oversees TPS Group’s HR and Compensation Analytics services, operations, client and consultant relations, and project management. She has overseen HR Consulting for TPS Group since 2005.
